SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) aims to promote a culture and holistic system of lifelong learning through the pursuit of skills mastery, and strengthen the ecosystem of quality education and training in Singapore.

BridgingMinds offers SSG-supported training courses which aligns to the stipulated training framework and subsidies for trainees can be up to 90%

The following subsidy schemes are applicable to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.

SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Funding
Who is it for?
•  Singapore Citizens (SCs)
For SCs aged 40 and above, please refer to SkillsFuture Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy information illustrated below
•  Singapore Permanent Residents

How much is the funding?

Subsidies up to 50% of course fees for SSG-supported courses, or capped at S$15 per training hour, whichever lower.

How to apply?

Participants may enroll directly with BridgingMinds Network. You will only need to pay the nett fee (full course fee after SSG’s grant).
*7% GST is tabulated based on full course fee
SkillsFuture Credit
The SkillsFuture Credit can be used to pay for course fee on top of existing subsidies provided by the Government.

With effect from 19 May 2017, all SkillsFuture Credit payments will be made to training providers directly instead of individuals.

Who is it for?
Singaporeans aged 25 and above

How much is the funding?

$500

How to utilise?

Participants may enroll directly with BridgingMinds Network for courses which are SSG-supported.
You are required to log in to your SkillsFuture Credit account to update your profile (if you’re logging in for the first time)
You can apply to pay for your course fee 30 days before course commencement date, or on the first day of course.

SkillsFuture Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy
Who is it for?
Singaporeans aged 40 years old and above (to be counted based on the year he or she turns 40 years old)

How much is the funding?

Subsidies up to 90% of course fees for SSG-supported courses, or capped at S$50 per training hour, whichever lower.

How to apply?

Participants may enroll directly with BridgingMinds Network. You will only need to pay the nett fee (full course fee after SSG’s grant).
*7% GST is tabulated based on full course fee
Workfare Training Support (WTS) Scheme
WTS encourages individuals to attend training to upgrade their skills and improve their employability.

Eligible individuals may receive:

1) Course fee subsidy to lower training costs
2) Training allowance for trainees who take up training without employer support
3) A cash reward for completing training

Who is it for?
Singaporeans aged 35 years and above (13 years and above for Persons with Disabilities), earning a monthly income of not more than S$2,000.

How much is the funding?

Subsidies up to 95% of course fees for SSG-supported courses.

Supporting Documents

Please present any one of the following valid income document as proof of your monthly income salary upon course registration:

– WTS Notification Letter
– Workfare Income Support (WIS) Scheme Notification letter – issued by CPF Board
– Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) Tax Notification letter
– SingPost receipt for CPF income declaration (for tax-exempted sole-proprietors/self-employed only)
– Any one of your last 3 months’ pay slips/CPF statement showing employer’s contribution
– Employment letter/contract of service dated not more than 3 months before course start date

Company Sponsored
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)
SME is defined as an enterprise with an annual sales turnover of under S$100 million, or that employs less than 200 employees.

Who is eligible?
– Singapore Citizens
– Singapore Permanent Residents

How much is the funding?
Subsidies up to 90% of course fees for SSG-supported courses, or capped at S$50 per training hour, whichever lower.
